ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Monday met with Emirhan Muttaki, the acting foreign minister of the Taliban's interim government in Afghanistan, Turkish diplomatic sources said on Monday.
No further details were shared of the meeting in the Turkish capital Ankara, said the sources, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
