Turkish president holds phone call with King of Malaysia
Regional matters, steps to improve bilateral relations discussed, says Turkiye’s Communications Directorate

ISTANBUL (AA) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone call with Malaysian King Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah on Thursday, Turkiye's Communications Directorate said in a statement.
The call addressed steps to improve Turkiye-Malaysia relations and regional issues, including the state of Rohingya Muslims.
The two leaders also exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings.
