Turkish stock exchange opens Friday looking up
BIST 100 index gains 14.43 points at opening session

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Friday at 10,754.37 points, up 0.13% or 14.43 points from the previous close.
On Thursday, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index surged 2.57% to 10,739.94 points.
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.8790 as of 10.02 a.m. (0702GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.2524, and the GBP/TRY rate was 41.6087.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,371.45, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $85.58.
