Türkiye's BIST 100 flat at close

Türkiye's benchmark stock index finished Thursday at 9,921.40 points, rising 0.17% from the previous close.

Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 gained 16.61 points with a daily trading volume of 85 billion Turkish liras ($2.50 billion).

The price of an ounce of gold was $2,512.45, while Brent crude oil sold for around $77.33 per barrel as of 6.16 p.m. local time (1516GMT).

The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 33.8615, the euro/lira exchange rate was 37.6538, and the British pound traded at 44.3773 liras.
