Turkiye's Borsa Istanbul up at close

ISTANBUL (AA) – Turkiye's benchmark stock index ended Monday at 2,038.06 points, up 0.28% from the previous close.

Starting the day at 2,050.09 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 5.6 points from Friday's close of 2,032.44 points.

The price of one ounce of gold was $1,890 by market close, down from $1,895 at the previous close.

The price of Brent crude oil was around $92.40 per barrel as of 6.30 p.m. local time (1530GMT).
