Türkiye's competition authority investigating Roche Türkiye medical firm

ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's Competition Board said Wednesday it has opened an investigation against medicine firm Roche Türkiye.

The investigation will focus on whether the company breached the country's law to protect competition in the goods and services market.

The board previously ruled that the company had not breached the law but the District Administrative Court in Ankara reversed the decision.

After the ruling, the board decided to open an investigation against Roche Türkiye.
