Türkiye's industrial production up 2.2% in October

ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's industrial production increased by 2.2% year-on-year in October, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) announced on Wednesday.

All sub-sectors saw increases during the month, while the mining and quarrying index increased most, with 9.4%, TurkStat said.

Manufacturing index increased by 1.9% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 0.6% in October 2025.

On a monthly basis, industrial production decreased by 0.8%.

The mining and quarrying index increased by 1.2%, the manufacturing index decreased by 0.9%, while the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index decreased by 1.2%.
