Türkiye's stock exchange extends losses on Friday
BIST 100 index falls 55.54 points from previous close

ANKARA (AA) -Türkiye's benchmark stock index declined 1.41% on Friday to close at 3,878.98 points.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 55.54 points from Thursday's close of 3,934.52 points.
The market closed at midday on Friday as the county will observe the Republic Day on Oct. 29.
The price of Brent crude oil was at $94.24 per barrel as of 12.30 p.m. local time (0930GMT) and one ounce of gold traded at $1,653
