Ukraine says 25 injured in Russian airstrikes in Kherson, Mykolaiv regions
Kherson governor says 3 Russian guided bombs hit residential quarter, damaging 8 high-rise buildings, 5 private houses, medical facility, 2 schools

ISTANBUL (AA) - At least 25 people were injured on Wednesday in Russian airstrikes in Ukraine’s southern Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, local authorities said.
“Today, in broad daylight, the Russian occupiers brutally struck Kherson. Nineteen people were injured in three airstrikes in the central district of the city,” Kherson Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said on Telegram.
Expressing that 12 of those injured received the necessary medical assistance and will be treated on an outpatient basis, Prokudin said seven others remain in health care facilities and three of them underwent surgery.
Earlier, Prokudin said three Russian guided bombs hit a residential quarter in the center of Kherson, damaging eight high-rise buildings, five private houses, a medical facility and two schools.
Furthermore, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said six people were injured as a missile struck a service station in the city of Mykolaiv.
Russian authorities have not yet commented on Ukrainian claims.
