Vietnam's economy grew 8% in 2025
Country's GDP was $514B last year, driven mainly by services sector and industrial production

ISTANBUL (AA) - Vietnam's economy expanded 8.02% in 2025, year-on-year, thanks to gains in services and industrial production, official figures from the General Statistics Office showed on Monday.
The figure raised the country's average GDP growth for the 2021-2025 period to 6.3%, 0.1 percentage points higher than the previous five-year period.
In nominal terms, Vietnam's GDP was estimated at $514 billion in 2025, up $38 billion on a yearly basis, while the GDP per capita reached around $5,026.
