VSY Biotechnology on European Business Awards list

ISTANBUL (AA) - Dutch-based health firm VSY Biotechnology entered for the "One To Watch" list of the European Business Awards on Monday according to a written statement by the firm.

The names of the competitors for the title were announced within the scope of the European Business Awards organization, known as "Oscars of the business world".

The European Business Awards has given awards to innovators, success stories and ethical entrepreneurs in European business since 2007.

VSY Biotechnology noted that its inclusion on the list was the first stage of the competition in which participant companies are determined.

The main criteria for the selection of VSY Biotechnology as part of European Business Awards was its innovativeness and its inspiring success and ethical structure, the statement added.

VSY Biotechnology will participate in the "National Championship" elections in the second stage of the competition. A national champion will be elected from each country.

In the final stage of the competition, all the national champions will come together at the gala to be held next December, and take part in the award ceremony to be held in 18 categories.

The firm was included in the list in 2016 and was selected as National Champion of the European Business Awards in the same year.

VSY Biotechnology, a firm specializing in ophthalmology, is among a handful of companies worldwide that can produce intra-articular injections into joints.
