Zelenskyy holds talks with Croatian prime minister on strengthening regional energy security
Leaders discuss Ukraine’s European integration process, steps needed to achieve EU membership

ISTANBUL (AA) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks Tuesday with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on strengthening regional energy security and expanding cooperation in gas and oil supply, and storage.
The Ukrainian presidential media service said the two leaders also discussed Ukraine’s European integration process and steps needed to achieve EU membership.
Zelenskyy described Plenkovic’s visit as a “strong expression of friendship and solidarity with Ukrainians” and awarded him the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, 1st Class -- a state award given for distinguished service to the country in state-building, strengthening the international standing of Ukraine and contributions to the economy, science, education, culture, health care and public service.
