Adviser to Iranian Revolutionary Guards killed in Israeli attack on Syria: Report

ISTANBUL (AA) - An adviser to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard was killed on Friday in an Israeli attack on the Syrian port city of Banias, according to Iran’s IRNA news agency.

"Israeli occupation forces killed Reza Zarei, who also serves as a guard for the First Marine Infantry Brigade, in an attack targeting the Syrian port of Banias,” IRNA quoted the public relations office of the Iranian Navy as saying.
