29-year-old midfielder moves to Istanbul club on $1.6M signing fee, $2.7M yearly salary

ISTANBUL (AA) - Alexander Oxlade-Chamberlain moved to Besiktas on a three-year contract on Monday.
The Black Eagles said on the Turkish Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Monday that Chamberlain moved to the Istanbul club on a $1.6 million signing fee and $2.7 million yearly salary.
The 29-year-old has been a free agent since leaving Liverpool at the end of last season.
He bagged the 2019 UEFA Champions League, 2020 FIFA Club World Cup, 2020 English Premier League title, and 2022 FA Cup with the Reds.
