Anadolu Efes taste first victory in EuroLeague season

ISTANBUL (AA) - Anadolu Efes tasted their first victory of the season Thursday with a 71-68 win against UNICS Kazan in EuroLeague play.

Efes' Adrien Moerman finished with 10 points and nine boards at Istanbul's Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.

Rodrigue Beaubois and Elijah Bryant each scored 14 points in the home win.

German center Tibor Pleiss helped Efes, adding 12 points and six rebounds.

UNICS Kazan's Isaiah Canaan and Lorenzo Brown were the game’s high scorers with 16 points apiece.

Their efforts were not enough to avoid a loss in Round 5.
