Barcelona beat ALBA Berlin 88-73 at home in EuroLeague

ISTANBUL (AA) - Barcelona topped ALBA Berlin 88-73 on Friday in Round 2 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

Dario Brizuela was the game's high scorer, leading Barcelona with 18 points. Kevin Punter added 14 for Barca at Palau Blaugrana.

Jan Vesely finished with 10 points while Chimezie Metu and Alex Abrines had nine points in the home victory.

Martin Hermannsson had 13 points and five assists for ALBA while Will Mcdowell-White managed 12 points in the losing effort.

Fifth-place Barcelona celebrated its first win of the season while ALBA suffered their second defeat in two games, and are at the bottom of the standings.

Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens are top of the table with two victories, AS Monaco are second, Fenerbahce Beko third and Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade are fourth after Round 2 games.
