Basaksehir to meet Club Brugge in Champions League

ANKARA (AA) - Turkish football club Medipol Basaksehir is to meet Belgian side Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.

The draws were held in the Swiss city of Nyon on Friday.

Medipol Basaksehir will play their first match in Belgium on July 25 or 26. The return match will be played in Istanbul on August 1 or 2.

If the Istanbul side eliminates Club Brugge this round, they will be in the playoffs.

The Champions League group stages come after the playoffs.
