Champions League quarterfinal, semifinal draws Friday

4 teams from England, and 1 team each from Spain, Portugal, Italy and Netherlands to compete in quarterfinals

ISTANBUL (AA) - The UEFA Champions League draw ceremony for the quarterfinals and semifinals will be held on Friday.

The ceremony will take place in Nyon, Switzerland at 1100GMT.

Four teams from England, and one team each from Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands will compete in the quarterfinals.

The teams involved in the draws are as follows:

Ajax (NED)

Barcelona (ESP)

Juventus (ITA)

Liverpool (ENG)

Manchester City (ENG)

Manchester United (ENG)

Porto (POR)

Tottenham Hotspur (ENG)

The schedules are as follows:

9/10 April: Quarterfinals, first leg

16/17 April: Quarterfinals, second leg

30 April/1 May: Semifinals, first leg

7/8 May: Semifinals, second leg

1 June: Final – Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid, Spain

All matches kick off at 2000GMT.
