PALESTINE
Gaza Strip - After 100 days of the Israeli onslaught on Gaza, the aerial, naval, and ground assault continues on the besieged enclave, bringing the death toll to 23,843, with 60,317 injured, mostly women and children. According to the government media office in Gaza, some 800,000 Palestinians in the governorates of Gaza and northern enclave are facing death because of thirst and starvation.

ATHENS (AA) - In Franz Kafka's novel, Metamorphosis, Gregor Samsa wakes up to find himself turned into a bug.
He struggles to adjust to his new reality and lives isolated and is unable to continue a normal life.
He has become useless to the rest of his family and the society.
For many people who are homeless, the feelings are the same – isolation, worthlessness and resentment.
