UEFA says will make an announcement on resumption of match in due course

ISTANBUL (AA) - EURO 2024 Round of 16 game between Germany and Denmark was suspended due to heavy rain, UEFA confirmed on Saturday.
"Due to adverse weather conditions (thunderstorms and heavy rain) in Dortmund, it has been decided to suspend the UEFA EURO 2024 Round of 16 match between Germany and Denmark," UEFA said on X.
The players went inside the dressing room in the 35th minute as there were huge thunderstorms over the BVB Stadion Dortmund.
It added that UEFA will make an announcement on the resumption of the match in due course.
