Football: Galatasaray regain lead in Turkish Super Lig

Medipol Basaksehir drop to 2nd place

ISTANBUL (AA) - Galatasaray regained the top spot in the Turkish Spor Toto Super Lig after Medipol Basaksehir drew against Yeni Malatyaspor 1-1 on Monday.

Medipol Basaksehir dropped to second place with 14 points. Besiktas, also with 14 points, are third.

Meanwhile, Fenerbahce find themselves in the 14th spot with 7 points in seven matches.

In the last match of the week on Monday, Antalyaspor beat Ankaragucu 1-0.

Galatasaray defeated Buyuksehir Belediye Erzurumspor 1-0 on Friday evening. Besiktas beat Kayserispor 2-0 on Saturday.

Fenerbahce were beaten 3-0, suffering their fourth loss of the season.
