ANKARA (AA) - The German national football team's UEFA EURO 2020 squad was named on Wednesday, with seasoned players Mats Hummels and Thomas Muller back for national duty.

"I am really happy and proud to play for Germany again," Borussia Dortmund central defender Hummels said on Twitter.

In the EURO 2020, set to start on June 11, Germany will face France, Hungary, and Portugal in Group F. Portugal are the EURO 2016 champions.

Hummels, 32, piled up 70 caps for Germany, while Muller, 31, scored 38 goals in 100 matches for his nation.
