Magnitude 6.3 earthquake shakes South Asia

ANKARA (AA) - A magnitude 6.3 earthquake rattled most parts of the South Asian region on Friday night.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the powerful earthquake, whose epicenter was in Tajikistan, was felt across the region.

People in the South Asian region took to social media to report the earthquake.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage to property.
