ISTANBUL (AA) - Here is a rundown of all the news you need to start your Monday with, including Colombia agreeing to President Donald Trump's terms on the return of illegal Colombian migrants from the US after an earlier row, Israeli forces killing a Palestinian and wounding five others despite a cease-fire agreement in the enclave, and North Korea conducting a test of a strategic cruise missile, marking the first missile test by Pyongyang since Trump's inauguration

- White House: Colombia agrees to Trump's terms on deported migrants from US
Colombia has agreed to all terms set by President Donald Trump on the return of illegal Colombian migrants from the US after an earlier row, said the White House.
"The Government of Colombia has agreed to all of President Trump’s terms, including the unrestricted acceptance of all illegal aliens from Colombia returned from the United States, including on U.S. military aircraft, without limitation or delay," it said in a statement.
"Based on this agreement, the fully drafted (International Emergency Economic Powers Act) IEEPA tariffs and sanctions will be held in reserve, and not signed, unless Colombia fails to honor this agreement," it said.
The statement also said that visa sanctions issued by the State Department and enhanced inspections from Customs and Border Protection will remain in effect until the first planeload of Colombian deportees is successfully returned.
- 1 killed, 5 injured by Israeli army fire in Gaza in violation of cease-fire
One Palestinian was killed and five others were injured by Israeli gunfire in the Gaza Strip, despite a ceasefire agreement in the enclave, medics said.
A young man was shot and killed by Israeli forces in central Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, a medical source said.
Israeli forces also opened fire on a group of displaced civilians waiting to be allowed to return to northern Gaza, injuring five people, including a child, another medical source said.
- North Korea tests strategic cruise missile, 1st since Trump's inauguration
North Korea has conducted a test of a strategic cruise missile, state media KCNA reported.
It was the first missile test by Pyongyang since the return of Donald Trump to the White House.
The test, overseen by the country’s leader, Kim Jong Un, aims to enhance the nation’s defense capabilities, said South Korean news agency Yonhap News, citing KCNA.

- Jannik Sinner wins Australian Open men's singles title for 2nd consecutive year
World No. 1 Jannik Sinner won the Australian Open men's singles title, his 19th overall title.
The 23-year-old defeated Alexander Zverev with 6-3, 7-6 and 6-3 sets to clinch his second consecutive Australian Open men's singles title at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.
Defending Champion Sinner made history by defeating Germany's Zverev in the Australian Open final, becoming the first Italian player to win three Grand Slam singles titles.
