Napoli atop Serie A table with 53 points after 22 matches

ISTANBUL (AA) - Napoli secured a thrilling 2-1 comeback victory against Juventus on Saturday in the Italian Serie A week 22.

Randal Kolo Muani gave Juventus the lead in the 43rd minute, but Frank Anguissa equalized in the 57th minute.

In the 69th minute, Romelu Lukaku converted a penalty to give Napoli the lead and seal the win at Diego Armando Maradona stadium.

Lukaku's penalty against Juventus marked his 200th career goal in Europe's top five leagues, a remarkable milestone for the 31-year-old striker.

The Belgian forward has enjoyed a prolific career, having played for Anderlecht, Inter Milan and several English clubs, including Manchester United, West Bromwich Albion and Everton.

Napoli are atop the table with 53 points. Juventus are fifth with 37.
