Olympique Marseille to face Basel in Europa Conference League last 16

3rd-tier Europa Conference League in its inaugural season

ANKARA (AA) - Olympique Marseille will play against Basel in the UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16, as the draw was held on Friday in Switzerland's Nyon.

The first final of the third-tier Europa Conference League, which is in its inaugural season, will be played at the National Arena of Albania's capital, Tirana, on May 25.

After eliminating Turkish side Fenerbahce in the knockout round playoffs on Thursday evening, Czech club Slavia Prague is set to take on Austria's LASK in the last 16 phase.

The first legs of this round will take place on March 10, with the second legs slated for March 17.
