Playoff round begins in UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers

The UEFA Europa Conference League playoff round, the last qualifying stage before the group stage, will begin Wednesday.

Three Turkish representatives: Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Adana Demirspor, will play matches Thursday.

Ukraine club Dinamo Kyiv will host Besiktas; Fenerbahce will go against Dutch club Twente and Adana Demirspor will take on Genk in Belgium.

UEFA fined Fenerbahce €30,000 ($32,992) on Tuesday and banned the club from selling tickets to away supporters for their next match because of incidents during their last UEFA Europa Conference League match against Maribor in the previous round.
