Taiwanese fighter jet crashes into sea, pilot rescued
Crash took place during night training flight, with pilot now in 'stable condition,' says Taiwan's Defense Ministry

ISTANBUL (AA) – After a Taiwanese fighter jet crashed into the sea during a night training flight, the pilot was rescued, Taiwan's Defense Ministry said on X Tuesday.
The pilot was located by Taiwan Air Forces aircraft and rescued by a Taiwanese Coast Guard patrol boat, the ministry said, adding: "He is in stable condition and will be transported to military medical facilities for further evaluation."
