Turkish, Palestinian courts sign cooperation agreement
During the visit of delegation from Turkish Constitutional Court headed by Zuhtu Arslan to Ramallah

RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) - Zuhtu Arslan, head of the Constitutional Court of Türkiye who led a delegation to Ramallah in the West Bank, signed on Thursday a joint cooperation agreement with his Palestinian counterpart Muhammad Al-Hajj Qassem.
“The agreement aims to extend a helping hand to our brothers in Palestine,” Arslan told Anadolu. “The Turkish Constitutional Court has 60 years of experience, which will benefit our Palestinian brothers."
He said a computer lab, funded by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), aiming to train Palestinian jurists, was inaugurated.
Muhammad Al-Hajj Qassem, president of the Palestinian Constitutional Court, expressed his thanks to the Turkish delegation.
"We are glad over the joint cooperation with the Turkish republic," he said. “The agreement aims to enable cooperation between the two courts in various fields, and we will be happy to gain experience from the Turkish court."
