UEFA Europa League group stage draw unveiled

ISTANBUL (AA) - The 2023-2024 UEFA Europa League Group Stage draw took place on Friday at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

The top three clubs in each group will continue their European season as the group winners will advance to the round of 16.

The runners-up will move to the knockout round playoffs, where they will play against the third-place Champions League sides for a place in the round of 16.

Third-place clubs will continue their journey in the Conference League knockout round playoffs, where they will play against the runners-up from the Conference League.

The group stage fixtures will begin on Sept. 21. and the 2023/24 season will conclude with a game at the Dublin Arena, Ireland, with a total capacity of 50, 000 spectators.

The stadium previously hosted the 2011 Europa League final, as Porto won the title with the help of Radamel Falcao.

Group A: West Ham, Olympiacos, Freiburg, Backa Topola

Group B: Ajax, Olympique Marseille , Brighton Hove Albion, AEK

Group C: Rangers, Real Betis, Sparta Praha, Aris Limassol

Group D: Atalanta, Sporting CP, Sturm Graz, Rakow

Group E: Liverpool, LASK, Union Saint-Gilloise, Toulouse

Group F: Villarreal, Rennes, Maccabi Haifa, Panathinaikos

Group G: Roma, Slavia Praha, Sheriff, Servette

Group H: Bayer Leverkusen, Qarabag, Molde, Hacken.
