West Ham United beat Tottenham Hotspur with comeback win in Premier League

ISTANBUL (AA) - West Ham United notched a 2-1 comeback win Thursday against Tottenham Hotspur in the 15th week of the English Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur broke the deadlock when Cristian Romero scored on a header in the 11th minute at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Jarrod Bowen leveled the match in the 52nd minute while James Ward-Prowse scored the winner in the 74th minute

West Ham United increased their points to 24, placing them in the ninth spot. Tottenham Hotspur are fifth with 27 points.

In another match Thursday, Everton secured a 3-0 win against Newcastle United at Goodison Park.
