World Cup: Group A, B wrapping up with final matches

ANKARA (AA) - Final matches will take place on Monday in Group A and in Group B of the FIFA World Cup 2018.

Uruguay will take on Russia in Group A at Samara Arena at 5 p.m. local time (1400GMT).

Uruguay defeated Egypt 1-0 in the first match and also beat Saudi Arabia 1-0 in the second match.

Both teams are guaranteed to advance to the second round, but the winner of this match will determine the first and second spot in the group.

The other Group A match will be between Saudi Arabia and Egypt at Volgograd Arena at 5 p.m. local time (1400GMT).

Egypt was defeated by Russia 3-1 in the second match.

In Group B, Portugal will battle against Iran at Mordovia Arena at 9 p.m. local time (1800GMT).

Portugal need to secure at least a draw against Iran to advance to the second round.

The other Group B match will be between Spain and Morocco at Kaliningrad Stadium at 9 p.m. local time (1800GMT).

Spain and Portugal drew 3-3 in their first match. In the second match, Spain defeated Iran 1-0.

Morocco was defeated by both Iran and Portugal 1-0.
